How do wheels for MOVING HELICOPTERS work?
Have you ever wondered how rescue, military and police helicopters ensure the movement of helicopters on the ground, especially when they are away from base? In these types of operations, flight missions may arise to locations lacking ground assistance, or worse, with precarious assistance and ground movers who are unable to guarantee the success of the operations.
Therefore, helicopters engaged in these missions are starting to use wheels that contain the AL System® for daily movement or even as backup equipment to guarantee operational ground conditions at their base. The second highly relevant point that this system has brought is the extreme lightness and compact size for carrying on board for missions away from base.
The AL System - Aeromob Lever System® is an extremely simple lever helicopter lifting system, used in the HELIMOB wheel line. In addition to being manufactured with a Chromo Molybdenum metal alloy, providing extreme robustness and lightness.
